SoverAIn Works LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RepAIr mobile application and the website located at https://soverainworks.com (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, including features used, pages visited, and actions taken. This data is collected via PostHog, a third-party analytics service.
• Images: Photos you submit within the RepAIr app for the purpose of car part identification. Images are transmitted to our proxy server for AI processing. Scan images may be stored in cloud storage (Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure) associated with your account to enable scan history features.
• Scan History and Vehicle Data: Part identification results, vehicle information you enter (year, make, model, trim), repair logs, and maintenance records. This data is stored locally on your device and, if you create an account, synced to our cloud database (Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure).
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits, and other diagnostic data when you access our website.
• Crash and Error Reports: If the app crashes or encounters an error, diagnostic information including device state, stack traces, and app version may be collected automatically by Sentry, a third-party crash reporting service, to help us identify and fix issues.
• Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We and our affiliate partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity and hold certain information. See Section 5 for more details.
• Subscription and Payment Data: If you purchase a RepAIr Pro subscription, payment transactions are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your payment card information. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, which receives your app store receipt and account identifiers to verify and maintain your subscription.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
• Identify car parts and return relevant purchasing recommendations
• Improve and personalize your experience
• Understand how users interact with our Services via analytics
• Monitor app stability and fix crashes via error reporting
• Manage and verify Pro subscription status
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Retailers

RepAIr displays affiliate links to third-party retailers including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, CarParts.com, Advance Auto Parts, Tire Rack, and AutoZone. When you click on these links, you are directed to the retailer's website. SoverAIn Works LLC may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.

These third-party retailers have their own privacy policies governing the data they collect. We encourage you to review those policies before making a purchase.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Affiliate Networks: Commission Junction (CJ), Impact.com, and eBay Partner Network, as required to track affiliate transactions and pay commissions.
• Analytics Provider: PostHog, Inc., which receives usage event data to help us understand how the app is used. PostHog's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
• Crash Reporting Provider: Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), which receives crash diagnostic data to help us identify and resolve app errors.
• Subscription Management Provider: RevenueCat, Inc., which receives app store receipt data and account identifiers to manage subscription status and entitlements.
• Cloud Infrastructure Provider: Supabase, Inc., which hosts our database and file storage on AWS infrastructure. Data stored includes vehicle information, scan history, and repair logs for users with accounts.
• Service Providers: Other third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Services, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

5. Cookies and Affiliate Tracking

We and our affiliate network partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track referrals and attribute purchases to our affiliate links. These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page URL, and pages visited.
